What we collect

Your name, email, and anything you add to your profile: photo, bio, town, years of experience, and phone number.

What you post: services, land listings, bookings, messages, reviews, visit logs, and visit photos.

Rough location: the town you enter, and — only if you tap the button and allow it — your device location so we can sort farmers by distance. We use it in the moment and do not store your exact coordinates.

Basic technical data your browser sends, and error reports when something breaks.

Who can see what

Public: your name, photo, town, bio, services, open land listings, and reviews.

Private until a booking is confirmed: phone numbers. Land addresses are only shared with the farmer on that booking.

Private always: your booking messages and visit photos, which only you and the other person on that booking can open. Photos are stored in private storage behind expiring links.

Why we use it

To match landowners with nearby farmers, run bookings and payments, keep a record of the work, prevent fraud and abuse, and send you alerts about your own bookings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run ad tracking on you.

Who we share it with

The other person on your booking, and the service providers who run our hosting, database, storage, and (once live) card payments. That's it — unless the law requires more.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. After you delete it we remove your profile and personal details and keep only booking and payment records we need for taxes and disputes.

Your choices

Edit or delete anything on your profile at any time. Delete your account from the profile page. Turn location off in your browser whenever you like. Ask us for a copy of your data.

Under 18s may not use Get Your Farmer.
